As an investor, you will receive updates from us that specify the latest investment opportunities available in the UK and around the world. All you need to do is register your details by clicking here.
When you have evaluated your options and wish to proceed with a purchase there is a simple reservation process, enabling you to plan your finances and make any necessary arrangements, as follows:
- Once you have decided to proceed, you will need to pay £1000 non-refundable reservation fee to hold the property. Please call one of the team members who will take your payment.
- Once your interest has been registered, your reservation will be held for 48 hours.
- Within this time period, you will receive by e-mail all relevant documentation from us detailing your purchase (a hard copy will also be sent in the post to you).
- On receipt of the documentation, you should forward to us either by telegraphic transfer or cheque, your reservation fee and our invoice amount. This must be received within 5 days of your reservation.
- At the same time as writing to you, we will have sent a copy of your purchase details to our solicitors, who will act on your behalf to commence the legal process.
- When we have received cleared funds from you, our solicitor will send contracts for exchange from the developers’ solicitor to you. These documents need to be signed and returned to our solicitors together with exchange fees, and any solicitor’s fees, made payable to the solicitor.
- Once contracts have exchanged on the date specified on your reservation form, we will keep you updated on the progress of the development.
- Prior to completion, we will be in touch with you again to discuss mortgage arrangements and any other of our services you may require like interior designing.
