Home information pack

SURYA GROUP has pleasure to offer its clients a complete Home Information Pack Service.

Home Information Packs are compulsory for all properties for sale from the 14th December 2007 in England and Wales. The pack will include an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which will contain information on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. It will also include documents such as searches, evidence of title and sale statement. If required - leasehold information (copy of lease, information of service charges and insurance), and New homes warranty, if required.

When you appoint us to sell your property, you would need to have commissioned a pack by the time we market your property. We can assist in this process by recommending a solicitor from our panel. This will ensure you get an effective and reliable service.
